Sarah is an innovative and energetic entrepreneur, where she is involved with local committee boards and helps and assists local charities and fundraisers.

SJ Personnel co-founder Adam Charleston has more than 30 years experience in senior management and executive roles in family, multinational and government agencies. A chartered accountant by profession, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in management, finance, marketing and strategic planning to our organisation.
Working with a variety of organisations, Adam has experience in financial services, finance, engineering, product development and sourcing, distribution and consumer retailing.
Adam’s extensive business background ensures that we have a sound understanding of your organisation’s recruitment requirements.
Adam now spends his personal time playing golf and also enjoying some wonderful time with his 6 grandchildren.

Kate O’Halloran is an accomplished human resource practitioner with over 15 years generalist HR experience predominantly in the public sector. She has worked in both Melbourne and Geelong and assisted in the transition, relocation and establishment of a significant public sector workplace.
Kate is an outgoing, energetic and efficient employee committed to achieving successful and timely outcomes for her clients. When Kate isn’t working she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 2 young girls.
A sales and marketing specialist, Sarah Forde spent 15 years developing her career in the hospitality and tourism industries before transitioning to one of the world’s largest health and wellness organisations. Here Sarah spent five years as a Network Marketing professional, where she cultivated her passion for helping people free themselves from physical and financial pain.
A married mother of three, Sarah stays active playing and coaching basketball and, enjoying stand-up paddle boarding.
